Unlike Lee, Gai IS able to use ninjutsu. As he was seen summoning a turtle a couple of times.

Non because he uses pure taijutsu, it isnt chakra enchanced like Tsunades and has no affinity to it like the Raikages, the fire is cause by friction and the wind is cause by a sonic boom.

We do. The forums are littered with useless vs. threads and discussions that shouldn't even be touched.

I think summoning a turtle or any summoning for that matter doesn't require elemental chakra to which I would class elemental to be the 5 basic one's earth,fire,wind,water and lightning so for gai to summon the turtle I would imagine that its just standard chakra.
