She can use all rinne techs, since it's a Rinne sharingan. She has access to more powerful rinnegan doujutsu compared to sasuke and madara seeing as they haven't mastered their rinnegan.​

Yes, he was about to do so and Sasukes chidori negged him and made him go unconscious. Gaara lost that fight big time and if Temari and Kankuro weren't there he'd be dead if Sasuke wanted so.

Tenseigan is roughly on par with rinnegan. Roughly. Not "at least" on par with rinnegan. This means that when used to its maximum power it is on par with the rinnegan, it doesn't exceed it. You're contradicting the source that you use as a basis for your argument.. Tenori using this is said to on par with Madara, and the only version of madara that had legit rinnegan was one eyed nerfed madara.

on par with naruto's nine tail chakra mode. Naruto rikudou mode would utterly decimate tenori, hence why he didn't have rikudou mode. There's a huge difference between Bijuu sage mode and rikudou mode/rikudou sage mode. This very Rikudou sage mode naruto falls prey to dual Rinnegan madara.
