They're both good. I'd say Naruto's haircut is a memento of Obito. He looks awesome in my opinion, very mature. Sasuke's look is also cool, a very fitting for an Uchiha. The chains are a bit too much, but still passable.

As a Lord Sasuke fan I automatically like Sasuke's hair more. I like his new look overall, it's just badass to me.

But I also like Naruto's now. It's better than his current hairtcut imo and I'm glad they didn't go the obvious longer hair route to make him look more like his father.
He looks alot more mature with his new cut, that's a Hokage i can't root for, not a sharingan-less Kakashi.

I like Sasuke's better. Kishi ruined Gaara and Naruto with the buzz cut. I was really so happy that Kishi spared Sasuke. I don't think Sasuke's turban & cloak is going to be his look from now on unless he stays in desert country somewhere. However even with this look I still put him miles ahead of how Naruto looks with his headband. Naruto without the headband is acceptable though
