I agree! Always loved the Byakugan though.

Besides Kushina's and Karin's chakra chains and the RDS not much else was really specified! All we know is their elite sealing prowess became their undoing. Other villages destroyed them out of fear. (Correct me if I'm wrong! That's what I remember from the manga)
