Which characters in Naruto are faster than this?

Naruto combat feats don't show anything that suggest they're above Mach 50. I'm talking about legit manga scans. Minato whose the fastest user using FTG has been dodged by Madara. Does that mean Madara has infinite reaction speed? No because Minato himself doesn't move that fast. And his shunshin has zero combat feats

In a manga that drops the showed hype of speed and makes every movement look normal even though it was hyped as super speed before, how can you actually judge this? Sasuke has made near-instantaneous movement at distances. Yet, as the manga went on, we haven't seen anything to suggest that he's moving at incredible speeds, but as someone who remembers what his speed was like, I know he has to be moving super-fast, but everything around them is moving fast, so it's made to look normal.

The blurring of background don't tell anything about speed, that's why Naruto characters look slower in battle. They could actually be faster, but they do look much slower in battles. For example, there were very few speed feats in Kaguya arc. Bleach and One Piece are much more focused on speed than Naruto. Naruto only emphasizes on S/T jutsu speed which has been trolled by sage mode users multiple times already.

Rock Lee's scan was highly inconsistent compared to other scans in Naruto. Part 1 has better visual speed feats than Part 2, that Rock Lee scan was an outlier. And I'm talking about the manga itself, not the anime.

Kizaru's lightspeed kick was debunked because of consistent scans which proves he's not lightspeed during battle...

Either only Naruto is in slow motion, or Naruto characters are slower in general. Because other anime have consistent speed showings
