Which characters have never been defeated?

itachi lost to sasuke (doesnt matter how) and if you count running away as a defeat then he lost to gai/asuma/kurenai.
hashirama died in battle so he must have been defeated

Aside from that . . . uhh... Minato and Itachi, but both are debatable. Itachis plan was executed so well I find it difficult to call it a loss. But him among others annoy me with their plot no jutsus.

Yes but if you count the whole 'losing because my plan worked' excuse then 1.)they shouldnt have been into a situation in the first place that resulted in them dying
2.) Minato DEFINITELY loses to Obito because Obito pushed Minato into a position where he had to sacrifice himself and Obito also achieved everything he went there to do.
