Which characters do you think are over/underrated in Naruto?

All of them. Every character is either underrated or overrated. The list would be too long. ._.

*looks at Sig* If Gaara nosebleeds then it must be true!!!!!

She is deffinatly underrated in combat (when compared to the other Kage)....largly due to the fact she keept being in despair against Madara....can't blame her though!

OT: I personally don't overrate or underrate anyone because I do the best I can to be judge free when looking at combat strenght and what not.

Overrated: Sasuke, Itachi, and Minato to name a few (the fanboys of these three in particular fap over them way too hard)
Underrated: Shikamaru, Shino, Choji etc
