Which characters are faster than 4th Raikage

V2 Raiton Chakra Mode is restricted.

What does that mean? Only consider Ay in his basic Raiton Chakra Mode.

If you don't know or are unsure of what this is, let me know and I'll provide images, gifs, memes, slideshows or whatever you need to understand the difference. Got it? Good.

Whats the point of this thread? To put Ay's speed against other characters. You guys tell me which ones are faster than V1 Raiton Chakra Mode. We are only discussing movement speed. What is that? Moving from point A to point B. This is including foot speed and shunshin.

Consider everyone War Arc form. Do I need to state Ridoku chakra is restricted? Alright.

@Only the bolded and underlined is faster than base raiton armor Ay in shunshin. Obito is faster if we count his S/T jutsu. And of course Minato is faster.

Most people already know V2 Ay is faster than everyone in the list and V1 Ay is just always floating around with no real place. Would appreciate the input even though I think you gone say Sasuke is faster.

The only one on here who is 100% faster than him is V2 B considering V2 B can blitz Kisame with zero reaction while V1 Ay can't blitz Jugo with zero reaction. The others would be close are EMS Sasuke and moreso Tobirama. But I don't really think that Sasuke is faster than V1 Ay, and there's no way to argue Tobirama's superiority anymore.

So yeah. Just V2 B.

CM2 increases reflexes. Sasuke stated in in part 1 and then we see Kabuto reacting to susano arrow thanks to the power he got from juugo. Orochimaru states CM is like senjutsu.

Blitzing Kisame with no reaction whatsoever is a better feat than getting blocked by Jugo unless you guys are going to try and argue that the gap between Kisame and Jugo's speed and reactions are that large. Thus V2 B should easily be faster than Ay in his v1 state.

But I never said Jugo's reflexes aren't good. I simply said that they either aren't better than Kisame's or they aren't so much greater that it'd change my original point. So I'm not sure what you guys are trying to argue. Though Jugo failed the second time because:

1. He thought he killed Ay in his blast.
2. His blast combined with the fact that Ay escaped at the last minute made it impossible for Jugo to see him move.
3. He got hit because of #1 and because of Ay coming from out of Jugo's Line of Sight.

I was going to mention that first part too. Lariat is a duo technique. Both users match their speed, physical power, and timing to decapitate someone but that doesn't necessarily mean they're equals in V1, they're just matching each other so that the move works, because like you said, otherwise that'd mean 5 year old Bee is as fast and strong as 15 year old Ay.

I'm talking about Obitos basic footspeed and shunshin, not Kamui.

Living madara nearly blitzed SM naruto who not only reacted but also evaded his nukite strike only to then use a rasengan to get the nukite on the raikage himself

Yet based on madaras statement he himself admitted inferiority to Tobiramas speed
So no reason to believe that Tobirama is slower than V1 Ay, lacking evidence doesn't matter when we have a flat out statement from someone faster
