Sakura would perfect it, Im note sure how it would work, as she has complete control over her chakra, and the burst of chakra would be at her disposal completely, unlike Gai and Lee. I doubt that she would even need to use regeneration.

Naaaah the regeneration would make it cooler. I mean, no props for surprising anyone with your response but I guess the Gates actually really fit Sakura & Tsuande the most in the series. Odd we never got that.

Byakugou is basically the gates , they just choice how they use the power because of their chakra control and it isn't a raw surge of power, if they choose to enhance their speed , they can possible reach gated levels, you do know they have even more chakra that Gai and Lee
