Well, I was surprised when Sakura used her super-strength for the first time, since she was so weak before. Other characters like Madz or Hashi or Tobirama were Kage level and above to begin with, so no surprises there.

To me probably Obito.

To have gone from an Uchiha who was looked down upon to someone who waged war on the world, revived the Juubi, and became it's Jin was something I never expected that kid to be able to do.
