It's sad how you attempt to differentiate this fight of two battles when in the end Sasuke lost either way so why do you persist? Just be happy he didn't lose the physical fight because in the end he lost anyway just not physically.

If the 3rd is in regards to Naruto meeting up with Sasuke after his training with Jiraiya then I'll give you that since in the manga Naruto stated he was weaker then Sasuke at the time.


Naruto won Vote 2 not physically but morally but still counts and Sasuke admitting defeat is good enough proof though the scan after that when he says it isn't a win or lose battle is typical of Naruto who set out to only stop him but common sense shows Naruto still won because had he lost he'd be dead.

Naruto would of beaten Sasuke as shown by the damage done by their attacks on the roof in Naruto before Shippuuden not for Sakura or Kakashi intervening.
