Their distinctiveness can be determined by their powers, looks, personalities, etc...

This. Jiraiya was pretty out there for a Sannin, he always reminded me of Roshi from db/z/super. Old and Pervy, well known for his strength. And taught the main their main move(although narutos main might be kage bun shin then rasengan, but you get what I'm

Nara for his chill attitude & godtachi because folks attack him before he has a chance to state his purpose..

Konan by far is the most distinctive jutsu wise noone does anything close to her

Most Distinctive is definitely Madara. He's in his own league even to the sage he had a cause that to him was noble after all that he had faced. He held his brother very close to his heart and that strong set of emotions turned to power after Izuna died.

This. Literally no one else in the Narutoverse looks like Kisame. The blue shark skin, the constricted pupils, the gils, etc. even the shark teeth which is not common in the NV.

Also Suigetsu I think is pretty distinctive, he had that water body, ability to enhance it and The Executioner Blade is pretty big XD
