The saddest thing about her is that despite being the last of her clan, the Senju, and a part Uzumaki. She didn't really get any of their abilities. All she has now is fruits of her own labor and not handed down like the uchiha techniques whose jutsu arsenal seem to know no bounds. All that Senju/uchiha rivalry shit went down the drain the moment kishitmoto decided he likes sucking uchiha **** instead of senju boobs.

Sasuke.

The only thing Sasuke could think about was getting vengeance against his brother and he broke his every bond in order to do that. Finally he gets his long waited revenge, but that made it even worse. It turns out that the reason why Itachi didn't kill Sasuke was because Itachi loved him. Not only that, The Uchiha Clan got killed because of Konoha.

Mine has to be Itachi for many reasons:

1- He was made to slaughter his entire clan including his parents

2- He was hated by his younger brother whom he loves so much

3- He was used as a scapegoat/sacrifice by Konoha

4- Konoha didn't appreciate him despite what he did for them

5- He is ranked as a wanted criminal

6- He joined an organization just to spy on them and protect Konoha in "the shadows"

7- He let his brother win and purposely schemed his own death

8- He drove Sasuke to the edge in the fight just to rid Sasuke of the cursed seal

9- He basically lived his life selflessly and had to endure all the pain by himself

I feel sorry for itachi, gaara and naruto the most but tbh itachi did all that because he decided to, no one forced him from what I've seen, he could have easily follow the uchiha clan and attack konoha, he even said it himself that the uchiha's plan to attack konoha was a foolish idea.
