Which character do u like more?Neji Or Sasuke?

Can somebody explain to me real quick how Bolt is named after Neji? I don't get it.

OT: overall, Sasuke. Neji was cool in Part I but in the end he had little impact on me. I fine Sasuke to be a more interesting character.

Neji ofcourse, sasuke is a one sided trash character(All uchiha's are). Neji though, he was much more realistic than any other character.
