I agree with tenten. Kishi basically ignored her from start to finish. Heck her goal was to be like Tsunade but that goal was never mentioned after its debut.

I would say a lot of people but kishimoto decided to **** things up, it was all about UCHIHAS.

I would liked to see more of the k11, more of the jinchuurikis and not some fillers. Most of the K11 developing some good original jutsus devised from their parents... Maybe a sakura arc, would like to see her kicking some butt and overall many characters needed a lot of development.

Kishi created too many characters in Naruto to give attention due to time constrain. Normally a writher concentrates on side characters as they related to the Main Character and Naruto had no clear reason to interact with Ten then compare to Neji who hated Hinata who Naruto acknowledged as a friend back then or Lee who’s enthusiasm made people take noticed of Him. Sometimes is better to limit the amount of Characters in a series in order to develop them better. Too many cooks spoil the broth.
