Weapons in Final Fantasy 7,Angra Mainyu in Final Fantasy X(millions of hp and hundred thousands of hp recovery!! -.-) Most bosses in Last Remnant especially Gates of Hell and those pillars bosses (not to mention Ancient ruins bosses -.-)Sephiroth in kingdom hearts 1 and 2,oh yeah and some other online games Bosses (maybe because i was just a noob XD).So whats yours?

Even on hard mode with Level 100 and ultima keyblade, Sephiroth's 1hit Ko's were such a pain in the ass. I guess any of the boss fights after the main story villains in Final Fantasy games were difficult. Usually insane HP levels and you just start sparring for ages going back and forth healing etc. Also Seth in SF4 is such a bitch even on medium. I'm average at best in beat 'em up games but talk about having cheap moves.

i would say omega weapon form final fantasy v or the last boss in legend of dragoon who surpriseingly takes a hour to beat or the last bosses of secret of mana that is a tough mix
:O legend of Dragoon!!I can barely remember that game >.< but i know it was truly a great game.The battle system was awesome and annoying XD (kinda similar to Shadow Hearts but better)

yeah the games battle system was a breath of fresh air but still had flaws liek u ha d to be precise. also soem of the boss battles even before the last boss were tough. another tough boss battle was shreader in the nes teenage mutant ninja turtles that gun he had was so anoying.
Well, Sephiroth on KH2 wasn't that bad if you just put the right abilities on. Like Once More (the thing that guarentees one more health point after those attacks, since technically it's a really fast combo) and all of the counters. But yeah, if you just had any random abilities on (like the ones for your forms) the battle would be very tough. But after a while, with the right abilities, you start to find his pattern (since I don't think there's anyone who would be able to be Sephiroth on their first few tries).
1 hit ko can be stop actually by rushing to him and hit him before he starts doing it.Square-enix makes the best optional boss ever XD hmm i wonder which FF has the ultima weapon boss..

the Second to final boss on Metriod Prime2:echoes took me 7 times to defeat it then face dark samus took me a lot of times to beat her -.- was challanging.
sephiroth on KH2 wasnt really that hard for me it was Challenging though ended up beating him with Oblivion keyblade

Man everyone is saying the Sephiroth battle in KH2 wasn't hard. Tbh I can't really remember how that battle went but I'm pretty sure now the KH version was the harder one? Then again I loved using dodge roll.
For me, its the Demi-Fiend/Hitoshura from Digital Devil Saga.
You and him have a party of three (him and two demons) and he gets six turns per round (Whilst you only get 3), he has high Attack and most of the skills thrown by him or his demons either hurt like hell, debuff you or causes a status effect.
If you use any Null skills (skills that Null elements or status effects) then he'll use a tech called Gaea Rage which flat out kill's your party in one hit at the start of the battle. (It deals over 1,000 damage when you have max defence and 999/Max hp)

ah~,anw i managed to defeat it in one try actually XD oh yeah Dark Aeons and Penance in FFx,i totally forgot about that O.O ffX has the best(and a lot!) sidequests and mini games ^^ i kinda dissapointd with FFXII..
