Whitebeard, Blackbeard and Shanks, and Garp i think are pretty much the strongest characters.

yup, you can't be the leaders of the government and be weak, especially in the one piece world. I can't wait until they come into play.

I figure they would be at least arround Doflamingo's level, since he did got intimidated by Doflamingo.
But it could turn out that Doflamingo is really strong, and from what i have seen from him he's pretty bad ass.

Doflamingo is really badass. Lol he beat Moria like it was nothing, yet it took all the strawhats to beat Moria. I wonder what kind oof DF he has.

Damn.. There so many strong characters in ONE PIECE. At first it's Roger and next Whitebeard, but then there are others who you don't know who is stronger than the other one.
