It's not just the Bible. Also the Quran. Actually, both Christianity and Islam (and if we added Judaism too I believe) they condemn homosexuality for moral reasons without mentioning natural reasons. Now this is just a simple example of the reality we live in.
But people today don't see it that way, people can be against homosexuality for reasons beyond religion, but it's not like religious people win points for saying negative things about homosexuality, if you have a God Hates ***s sign or if you stone people for being gay then people are bound to hate you.
But I see your point, of course you can say it's morale to be against it, that's an opinion. But it can also be seen as bad.
I know someone who went to a school where people woud beat you up if you expressed homosexuality cus it wasn't considered natural but they were not religious.
I'm trying to think of something religious that can't be seen as good from another point of view but I don't know.
