Which admiral is strongest in 1v1 battle?

Kizaru-light/laser ;logia type
Aikoji-ice logia
If their level are equal,then which one is strongest?
IMO although I like aikoji due to his good nature and understandings...I would say light is stronger;kizaru can beat him in 1v1 battle.

Each element is counter of each other.ice can solidify magma or magma can melt ice.
So guys which admiral is strangest of three?

We shouldn't underrate aikoji as he can manipulate sea water and doesn't get affected(least) as sea water is absolute weakness to every df users.
