Which 3 Words put you off a character instantly?

I don't know how to put it in 3 words, but any dumb character that is the typical shonen MC.

i.e.: Naruto, Goku, Black Star, etc

I agree with stupidity talk. Sometimes MC's can be too thick that it just becomes unrealistic.

Though I don't like the snobby ass-holes either.

My biggest turn offs is:

> Stupidity. Overall progressive ignorance is a giant turn off.
> Arrogance. I don't generally like characters who believe they are better than everyone else, and hold themselves in high regard for shallow reasons. Though I'm not discrediting arrogance, because it can be really fitting if the situation fits in order to make the character stand out. But sometimes authors take it too far.
> Characters who just don't change.

I find characters who stay exactly the same from the beginning of the story, till the end, extremely boring. If your character has not gone through changes in which his/her own personality develops, and he/she does not feel like a new character (LIKE how we all change every few years) -- Then you're not doing something right.

No one should be acting or thinking the same way they did three to five years ago. Get with the program and stop making characters retarded.
