I do believe Gai's Afternoon Tiger would be plenty to break the Susano'o. Kakashi and Gai would easily be enough to beat Itachi, considering Gai developed a fighting style against the Sharingan.

Well me Personally, I think they need Shimaru to come up with a strategy

Lee To fight guy, but then again he can only hold guy for so long, guy can beat lee

So shikamru would have to set traps and be the support and help lee defeat guy

Neji can handle kakashi for a while, aswell, but shikaru would have to help lee imobiblize guy and go help neji and set up another trap.

And to me shikamru is the only genious there who can match up agasint kakashi's quick intellict and planning.

Cuz truly kakashi can see through alot of traps, shino's smart , kakashi can nullify what ever shino throws at him

Lee cannot hold off guy in any way he would be knocked unconscious very quickly.
Neji would not last against Kakashi either. In all seriousness Kakashi could Kamui all three of whoever the team is made up of.
