Where would the Uchiha rank without their Sharingan?

Be without their sharingan/MS sharingan?

Would Hebi Sasuke still be low kage level, or would he be a chunin level fodder like the rest of the Konoha 11 at the beginning of Part 2?

Itachi negged Oro, Kakashi with his sharingan. Without it though, would he even be kage level or just jonin?

Idk about Shisui

Shisui mentored Itachi before the massacre and was renowned for his genjutsu prowess (as noted by Obito, Danzo and Ao of the Mist Village). However that was because of his amped Mangekyou Sharingan. Without it, he'd probably just be a jonin/anbu captain level like Yamato.

Obito and Madara have epic jutsu. ex. Those huge katon jutsus, Madara's gunbai, Obito's Uchiha fire barrier, huge chakra reserves, and mokuton. They would be Kage level for sure.

Itachi or Sasuke would be the weakest here, can't say where exactly (somewhere around mid to high Jounin give or take).Obito would be higher then them both due wood and other factors.

Madara would be the king here tho, deff kage level.

Not saying that War Arc Kakshi isn't kage level, but Obito with no sharingan would probably get negged harder if he had to fight Kakashi or Guy for that matter.
