The Senju and Uzumaki clans don't come with OP jutsus like Kotoamatsukami, Tsukiyomi, Susanno, Amaterasu, Yasaka Magatam, Enton, Izanagi, Izanami and Kamui. All are techniques certain Uchiha have instant access to as soon as they awaken their MS. No learning is involved with those jutsu. There's not level up to attain these power but a "you've now unlocked godmode" for the Uchiha with MS. A 3T sharingan gives you enhanced clarity/perception but physical training in order to utilize it in combat (see Kakashi and Guy and Lee and Sasuke) is necessary.
