[Question] Where was the dragons hiding

As you must have seen their is a herd of 10 000 dragons coming to the magic games in fairytail

Where was the dragons hiding I been thinking about them having a human form or a seperate dimension what do you fairytail readers think?

Well they can be hiding in human form but i think they hiding in caves too.. dunno for sure hehe xd
