where is shisui's other eye

If Danzo took only one his eyes then its very well possible that Madara has the other.
Madara was around at the leaf during the time of Shishui death ( yet again **** the spelling )but remaining hiding ( ofc ).
If Madara doesnt have it then i do .....

most likely madara/tobi doesn´t have it, as madara/tobi wanted to get the shisui´s eye from danzo

either danzo had it hidden/sealed somewhere for a backup eye in case he damaged or lost the one he was using, or madara did steal it and just wanted the other one to complete the set.
id like to think one of the root anbu implanted it and we'll see it used in the future

nah coz that was his origianl mission, danzou implanted the eye in sai as a fail safe after their last encounter, so now when sai sees sasukes sharingan, shisuis will activate and they will fight......danzou and Itachi were actually pretty similar

My reasons for thinking Madara had one of them was his control over the Mizkage, and his dialogue during the Sauske Danzo fight. On top of Sauskes sudden loss of intrest to kill Madara when he said he was next on the list of people to kill untill his eyes glazed over then he became slightly less wanting to kill Madara. Also when Kabuto was explaining IWR and how to stop it he said for Madara to take control of him make the given hand signs and say release. Genjuitsu is a normal tech of the sharingan, Don't think Mind Control is.

i dont think sasuke loss intrest in killing madara
his eyes is in no shape to take on madara so he might just be waiting to get the EMS to try and take him out
A genjutisu can control sombody,eg when itachi and kisame came to the leaf we saw that they try to distract Jman with a girl and that was a genjutsu

I doubt Madara has it. Shisui was regarded as a powerful ninja, and wouldn't Madara want him in his army? But to counter attack this, you could say Madara asked Kabuto how to perform the IWR (Look back the last like 10 chaps. Some where in there) BECAUSE he wanted to summon Shisui later on.
I doubt Danzo had a back up eye. Also, Danzo only got one probably because only one was left.
My theory is that Itachi got one when he killed Shisui and later implanted it into Naruto as "That Gift." But why take just one? Eh, who knows.

The girl was under a genjuitsu Jirya even mentioned that. Then naruto kept calling him pervy sage. Genjuitsu dosen't control the person it alters their perceptions of reality. Shusuis doryoku is really the only ability that I've seen that can control someone, down to what they say and do (examples Meifune and 4th Mizkage).
I can see that hes useing "Madara" and could doubble cross him like he did Orochimaru. But he doesn't have the drive like he did when he was on a mission to kill Itachi. Now its oh these people said and wanted my clan dead too oh ok your ass is safe Madara but these other jerks who voted for the kill of my clan mehhh they take precidence over you. Madara was flipping there slashing throats and stabbing people in the face for googly mooglys sake. (lame..... imo)
