Hey there
Like i said on discord, i'm going to start with a couple of links for you to have a read through. You're not expected to memorize any of this so don't worry. These are here for your own use when ever you need them and if you are ever unsure you can ask me any questions. Don't feel like you can't and if you can't do it here, ask me on discord?
Anyway, one part of the forum is the: Rules, Guides and Updates forum
In there you will find all different threads to help guide you through the rp. Now one of the best threads in there for you right now is like a full on guide to it: Hitchhiker's Guide to the Naruto Role Play
Now there is a lot there to get you started and i don't want to force too much on you. You read it at your own pace and at any point post questions here. After you're done, i'll go through it all step by step with you and help you start off by making that bio.
