[Question] Where is my reply?

I've tried posting a request for a scan in the Narutobase viz clearup thread (stickied) in Naruto Discussion. The first two times I just thought it didn't go through, but then I noticed a message that said the post would not be visible until the mods looked it over. I did not have this occur in another thread in 'Naruto Manga'.

Could someone explain this please, as well as how long it might take for the post to be looked over and become visible?

Spam control. You're doing something fishy that a security add-on doesn't like. Like using a proxy or posting from a fishy location etc.
