I've been lurking the base for quite some time now and I just had to finally post. I hope this is in the right place since its technically about the manga. Lets get to it shall we. Where the hell is Yamato?! It's been over 50 or more chapters since he was even captured. I don't understand why no one from the leaf has even mentioned him. No rescue missions have been even debated amongst the allied forces. I know hes just one missing ninja amongst thousands of ninjas in an all our war but still he was a valuable asset to the leaf and a big part of shippuden. I think he deserves at least a mention. By now I figured Naruto would sense that he is gone or in trouble. It's almost as if he never existed. Speaking of captured ninjas poor Anko has been getting her body pillaged by kabuto for even longer and at least they show us her corpse every once in a while. Free Yamato Kishi!!!

I agree. If they were going to take him out like this they should of just killed him on the island in an all out battle that he deserved. Then took his corpse to the plant thing. Knowing Sasuke he'll prob just kill Yamato for nothing.

I just don't get why no one even cares hes gone. If it were Kakashi there would be rescue missions assembled moments later. How many more chapters before Naruto even finds out that he got captured?! I have this shitty feeling that Yamato is going to be gone until hes revealed in the aftermath of the war.

Captain Yamato is one of my favourite characters & I really hope he doesn't have to die.
This reminds of this eerie piece of fanart I saw once of Yamato's body hanging from a tree after Madara & Kabuto were done with him... the irony didn't make it any less sad.

I really hope he doesn't die either cause hes one of my favorites. But if he does have to die I hope they give him a proper death like jman and not this bullshit. I wish i could see that picture it sounds really creepy.
