[Discussion] Where does base Naruto stack up for you?

Kakashi stated several times that Naruto (base) was as strong as himself. Kakashi is a hokage canadite himself. Naruto's taijutsu is very strong he could probably keep up against Lee (not win keep up). Naruto's speed is very impressive to save Sakura from a point blank strike from Sasuke. Again even Kakashi complimented Naruto on his speed being on his level. Naruto has the largest chakra pool in the village without Kurama. What makes Naruto so deadly is he can use deception really well. Naruto can trick even the smartest and oldest fighters. He tricked kakuzu into getting hit with the frs after already showing it to him. He tricked pain countless times through out that whole fight, even tricked the Raikage multiple times.

In a list I'd say Naruto base is probably up there with Tsunade. Tsunade is powerful but her attacks are straight forward. Anyone knows not to come within striking distance with Tsunade.

And you sir is why I'm not pro-choice or pro-life, but pro death.Show me the manga scan where Kakashi complimented Naruto on his speed being on Kakashi's level? I'll make it even easier, show me a manga scan were Kakashi complimemted Naruto on his speed.Don't worry, I'm not going to actually ask you to look for a scan of either because I already know they don't exist.The same for the manga scan of Kakashi saying Naruto Base was as strong as Kakashi? As for the amazing feat of Naruto saving Sakura from Sasuke, let's clear a few things up;One, Sasuke was nearly blind and had used up a lot of his chakra so the speed of his attack is in question.Secondly, we don't know the distance Naruto was from Sasuke and Sakura before Sasuke swung the Kunai at Sakura.Third, Naruto was still hit by the Kunai.And lastly, we don't know when Naruto Sage Mode ended.With that said, how can you come to a conclusion of how fast Naruto is base off of one panel when you don't know the variables?


As for Naruto tricking the smartest and oldest fighters, that's nonsense.You used the only example you could which was the Kakuza battle.I will not bring up the fact that plot no jutsu was the biggest part of that battle, seeing is how Kakuza didn't hear the massive shreeching sound of the rasenshuriken or how someone with his speed couldn't dodge Naruto who was flying 30 feet in the air away from him.Let me just point out Naruto wasn't fighting Kakuza one on one, he came in the middle of the battle.Let me also point out Naruto would have been killed by Kakuza when his rasenshuriken failed the first time, only surviving because Yamato saved him im the nick of time;which also goes back to my point on naruto speed and reflexes in base.


Now to Pain, naruto actually did trick Pain a few times, but Pain wasn't trying to killed Naruto and Naruto wasn't a threat to him.Furthermore, these trick of Naruto would have never happen if Naruto wasn't being force-fed information.Without the information gather by Jiraiya, Naruto couldn't have figure out even the slightest how Pain jutsus work.Naruto few moments in battle are undercut by the many more moments of stupidity where he is nearly killed because of them.Justto list a few, sitting down and relaxing while the Edo Third Raikage is still on the attack.Result of this stupid, he's nearly killed by the Edo Third Raikage but is saved by Dodai.Trying to used a rasengan against Edo Nagato just after stating that ninjutsu wouldn't work on him.The result of this stupidity, nearly getting killed but being saved by Edo Itachi.


As for Naruto being up there with Tsunade in his Base mode, this is either a joke or you are stupid to the point of mental retardation.Tsunade can literally killed even a Kage level shinobi with one punch.Tsunade strength is more power than any jutsu Naruto has.Saying her punch are straight forward is stupid, what other way would you punch at an opponent standing in front of you, a sideways.Not to mention, so is naruto attacks.Has naruto ever used the rasengan from behind a opponent?How about naruto using rasengan from the side of an opponent? Furthermore, saying anyone knows not to come in striking distance of Tsunade is Ironic, seeing as Naruto has not one long range jutsu in base, meaning everyone knows they shouldn't could within striking distance of Naruto.

On to Naruto keeping up with Lee.No, just no.Go back to part one wehen Rock Lee open up the 4th Gate.Lee's speed was so fast that even Kakashi couldn't keep up with him using the sharingan.So how would naruto even see lee yet alone keep up with Lee with no dojutsu or sensor abilities.The answers is he wouldn't, Lee would killed Naruto in seconds.
