Your list there is ridiculous
Naruto is stronger than Kakashi - said so himself and since then Naruto's base form has improved. The only people his base form couldn't take in Akatsuki are Nagato, Itachi, Obito, and Orochimaru(with arms). As for the Kages, Naruto is stronger than Mei and Gaara. Jonin can just be ignored there...
As for B level genjutsu? The only genjutsu who he failed to break was Itachi's and Itachi is a genjutsu master. Also Naruto has improved immensely since then.
That leaves 18 people from your list.
Let me just say, the way things seem to go with the Manga in Naruto, when Naruto gets a powerup from training etc, it seems his whole base form gets stronger. I.e learning sage mode, and he was able to stop Sasuke killing Sakura without using sage mode. Also he matched Sasukes chidori. When he learned rasenshuriken, he got stronger to the point Kakashi would let him take the lead in missions.
We don't know what Naruto's current base is like atm. But I admit he is still quiet weak without the Kyuubi/sage mode. He needs a non kyuubi powerup soon. Something we've never seen before.

How could naruto beat Sasori and his 1000 puppets, along with the poison attacks and third Kazekage puppet.Naruto isn't intelligence nor is he evasive like Sakura to figure out Sasori attack pattern and dodge Sasori attack.Furthermore, what feats of strength Naruto has shown in base that leads you to believe he can destroy Sasori's Hiruko.
Diedara isn't even a question.Naruto couldn't even reach Diedara on his Clay Bird and he has no defense against any of Diedara explosive.Diedara himself said Naruto was nothing and he would have caught him if it wasn't for Kakashi being there.

Mei would murder Base Naruto.He couldn't get near Mei with all her long range ninjutsu, something Naruto doesn't have.
The same with Gaara.As for Kakashi, him thinking Naruto surpasses him and Naruto actually surprassing him is two different things.Kakashi, like Mei has has long range ninjutsu which naruto can't handle.Naruto has no defense against Kamui and no defense against Kakashi genjutsu.Also, to clear up one lie, Naruto has never broken out of any genjutsu in the entire series.Every genjutsu that has been used on Naruto, Naruto was caught by it.He has shown no defense whatsoever against genjutsu.So saying Itachi is a genjutsu master like that suppose to means something when it comes capturing naruto in genjutsu is a joke.Unless you have proof otherwise, Naruto can be beaten by any genjutsu users.
Your explanation of Naruto getting stronger is stupid.What jutsus has Naruto learn in base since acquiring SM and KM mode?What skills has he shown that is so impressive that we need to take note.All in all, even as he's learn Sage Mode, KM, and so on, naruto's basic shinobi skills have stay the same;Close range fighter with no mid to long range ninjutsu, mediocre battle smarts, and no defensive abilities.
Like I said, Naruto is a series of power ups.And unless you can counter my list with actual facts and not your opinion, my list stands correct, jonins and all.
that be pretty cool. Ah the possibilities are endless with this clone training strategy. One thing he should learn on is his chakra control & manipulation control. So he gets so good at that, he could possibly one day do a Wind Shuriken tech with just one hand. :yeah:
