madara (orginal body not tobi) , itachi, 1st hokage, minato, pain, naruto, sasuke, sasori, 3d raikage, garaa(jinshuriki), kakashi, Guy, the creator of all jutsus, 3d hokage, jiraya
all of them ready to die full power ahead

madara/creator of all jutsus/ 1st hokage _ top 3
minato/itachi _ top 5
jiraya/naruto/sasuke/Guy/3d raikage/3d hokage/pain _ top 12 (ready to die = Guy with gate of death)
garaa _ 13
kakashi _ 14

plz no hate comments and don't comment on any 1 unless u agree with him
haters hate regarding the topic just no hate comments plzzzzzzzz

PS: i said ready to die and mentioned Guy because of the gate of death
Guy is surely at the end of the list without gate of death

If you ask me out of those people you mentioned it would be like this:

1. SO6P-No question
2. Madara/Hashirama-I think Madara got stronger from his fight with Hashirama but now, Hashirama stays right up there until the manga proves otherwise.
3. Minato/Itachi/Pain- I see no need to seperate them. If they fight, the odds could go either way. Really.
4. Naruto/Sasuke- Yes, Kishi created them to be on the same level. Sometimes its even Naruto catching up to Sasuke. Naruto will eventually beat Sasuke but they are even now.
5. 3rd Hokage in his prime- He was suppose to be real strong in his prime.
6. 3rd Raikage- Nuff said bout him
7. Jiraiya- Legendary Sannin with Sage Mode i place him above Sasori
8. Sasori- He is just very strong
9. Gaara/Kakashi- I feel they are tied right now I guess, but I'm leaning towards Kakashi due to the extra experience.
10. Gai without 8th gate release- Without dying, the very best he can do is lose to Kakashi IMO, but if he releases the gate, he will draw. Kakashi is damn strong.

Where's Naruto?
They're all strong, but I don't think I quite agree with the order. Untill Sasuke pops up and shows us his full fighting prowess, I'm not sure where to put him--same with Tobi. In addition, I'm sure there are a number of things that Madara (Edo) and Naruto haven't shown us.

Me personally, I'd put Jyraiya much higher than 15--but that's just me.

I don't know about placing Sasori above Gaara and Kakashi. He's my favorite Akautski member, but simply because of power.
