Where do all the weapons come from?

But we have never seen any as far as I remember, I mean we see ramen shops and flower shops and inns but we never see something like a ninja store "Where all your ninja need can be met".

It really doesn't matter if you haven't "seen" any it's assumed that they are there by logic anyways.

they dont magically come out of thin air they would have smith workers or something like that making the weapons
seeming weapons are very common i would think that the weapon industry would be very popular in the narutoverse so there would be heaps of shops companys making them

Maybe they are not made by hand, but summoned by large amounts by an expert, kinda like tenten, so that probably why they dont try really hard to perserve their weaponary, the leaf must have large amounts of it, hand made, or summoned..
