How is it assumed that the 3rd knew about the attack and let it happen?
He forced the Uchiha to the out skirts of the village where they would and could be attacked with out help from the rest of the village? Sounds lame... and we know he pleaded with them to come back. They were set up from the get go and by a kniveing little prick I know it.
Look at when Naruto was growing up people were not talking crap about the Uchiha, they were shunning Naruto and alienated him. Wth?
The other elders of the leaf maybe ,but why kill the Uchiha because of their coup when Danzo is has been ploting his own coup to become hokage, since the Hanzo vs Negato/Akatuski? Way to think of the safty of the village the old bags. Its funny how the Uchiha had to be killed but Danzo was just chillin as head of Anbu and Root. bigger load of crap!
Danzo given special coup privilages but the police force isnt?? Sounds like a load to me, I'm saying with about 90% certanty there is a ass load of info we dont know yet about the deaths of the Uchiha, and Danzos intentions to become hokage, and what his dirty work is/and who he had do it.
Look at it this way if Itachi was a doubble agent he was a crappy one, since he joined ANBU(under Danzo) he wasnt able to make it to the Uchihas secret meetings. So what kind of intel could he pass on if he didnt have it in the first place? There were other connections that the Uchiha had to ANBU, the clansmen even said so. Another thing Itachi shows up at to the third after killing his family and clan, and begs him not to keep Sauske safe, and him Ignorant to what happend. And the third is like its cool go join the terrorists orginization that is eventually going to come and attack the leaf and its ninja. No worries were good... we have Naruto in the village.... lol send postcards keep us in mind.
As for the eyes not sure, but I'd pluck them fresh from the bodies after they died or while they were alive, but I like things fresh anyhow.We know "Madara" has a collection of eyes, supposedly had a set of rinningan laying around, his old eyes are somewhere.
