You're not going to find that in the LoK as that's 60 years after The Last Airbender. Just recently The Search Part 1 was released and that goes about the search for Zuko's mom. You can discuss it in the thread stickied in this section (I moved your thread to the correct section), where you also can find a link to the chapter.
