where are the english episodes?

You downloaded an episode but it wasn't dubbed OR subbed? What did you download xD
(Edit: I don't often download from this site but I do remember that in the one or two instances that I did, you have to manually turn on the subtitles in whatever video viewer you are using. The subs are there, they just aren't burned onto the screen)
Regardless, are you looking for dubbed for subbed? I'm assuming you're looking for dubbed as you just mentioned you're looking for "English episodes". As far as I am aware, this site doesn't host any dubbed content. Also this site no longer hosts any content from Part 1 Naruto (anime).
At some point this site became very orientated at supporting the anime officially(legally) whenever it could, so they now have a policy where they remove episode download links as soon as they are officially released on DVD. This wasn't always the case, but regardless that's how it is now. If you're looking to download episodes in HD and not simply stream them, then you will need to look elsewhere unless they are hidden somewhere. Besides, if you're looking to download say the entire series then a torrent is probably the way to go. If you're just looking to stream however, this site does have all of Shippuden available to stream, but the quality will vary. And again, no dubbed content.
