Just got into bleach im on episode 5, so far its been pretty boring :/ just wanted to know about when it starts to geet more exciting

I was the exact same when I started watching it. xD

For me, I became a bit more interested when Ichigo arrives at Soul Society, which was around episode 25-30. It becomes a bit more interesting again when the Arrancar are introduced.

You could probably skip over a few of the boring/filler arcs, since you don't really miss a whole lot.

Continue with the Manga, even though both the Manga and Anime start slow.

The anime drops soon...but not too soon, you will enjoy it

Just keep watching MITR (Memories in the rain) is awesome and the rescue Rukia arc is the best in the whole series and after that you're drawn in it's actually really good when you get into it.

Around 16-17ish is where the first arc begins. I'd recommend not skipping any episodes though. You need those boring episodes for character backgrounds.

Have patience. It will get good very very soon.

Personally I got hooked on the first episode, but it starts getting extremely good at the end of season 1. (Around episode 16)
