I only call Sasuke "Sasuke", I don't see him as a lord since he doesn't have that much power. Not power as in fighting but Power that a Kage would have or head of a village. Orochimaru is called Lord but he is head of the sound village as well. Think Danzo was called lord as well. As for your points:

Both had to match their chakra and BM chakra alone increases a jutsu power around 7x+ plus SM also increases power so together the increase should be 10x+ at least plus the Bijuu's chakra that Naruto had. Who was wielding the sword? BSM was and both Naruto and Sasuke were controlling it but Kishi focused on Naruto as they attacked.
He tried soloing Madara and got beat both times. Naruto was fighting Edo Madara who said he wasn't going to hold back
