Sama doesnt necessarily mean "lord". It's a honorific used to refer to people in higher rank , towards one's guests or customers or even sometimes someone you greatly admire.
Suigetsu and the snake just call him "Sasuke sama" out of respect.

Apparently being called "Lord" in the manga just isn't enough for NB. Perhaps people don't want to acknowledge Sasuke as "Lord" because he is indeed better than their favorite character... So it's a jealousy thing, nothing unusual around here

Agreed for the most part, but my favorite is Nagato/Deva soooo.....lol.

Which brings me to another topic: Nagato using his 6POP is very underrated at times and is overlooked by the likes of Itachi, Kisame, and other top tier Shinobi. I mean, Shinra Tensei can repel all Jutsu and Bansho Tenin will pull you in without fail. That is, unless you possess the sheer raw power of version 2 six tailed Naruto, but still...pretty hax XD plus there's Preta who can absorb all ninjutsu. But yeah that's my rant
