Science will always have a use for mortal civilizations. All compartments of civilization will always need to be sustained. the more efficiently the better. Technology and science are the forces that drive this cause.

Science will always continue on because there will always be questions that need answering.

How do far you think science will take us, before we mo longer need it? Science does have a limit in theory, so when will we have so much knowledge about the word that we no longer need it.

if you know everything, there is no longer a reason to be alive. so when science is "done", it will most likely be the end of humanity.
