naruto has been manned up though. he fought against madara. while madara used a hashirama technique. and then went to help kakashi. his sensei.who had a little trouble with obito for a second.

i wonder if anyone ever called out kakashi for getting some help from naruto. hahahaha

He hid behind Gamabunta against Gaara

He hid behind Sasuke during the Forest of death

In all aspects Naruto is a scarey azz ninja who cant go toe-to-toe with anyone without support

The Pain vs Naruto, technically if he has intel, it's for one not hiding behind his friends. Plus the whole "Hinata stepped in, he hid behind her", No he didn't, he didn't know she would step in. Which is why Naruto was surprised. Naruto stood up to the Raikage in order to save the people who were trying to protect him, even Tsunade. He fought against the revived beasts and took them all out. He's basically the commander of the alliance, not the Raikage.


Point : He's putting his life on the line for EVERYONE that tries to protect him. He wants to become Hokage, But he wants to be one that fights aside his comrades and protects his friends. He's done things that some of the top Ninja's in Naruto wouldn't do.

From what i seen,Naruto got information from tsunade and jiraya to fight pain.In Addition hinata pop in the war when naruto was capture by deva path to stimulate him to go tailbeast mode.If hinata did not join the war then naruto will be capture.
