For the countries where this does apply, I think it does need to change but not from the hand of foreigners. The world already got involved and we done f@#%ed it up. True reform only happens when it comes from within.

Your post from the Libyan thread was bad enough for your display of a media sheep, but now this? God-dammit at Western propaganda.

Their monarchies need to go first, before anyone can think of changing anything.

Their backward culture needs to change as well

what about the people there that want freedom...it's not their fault they were born into countries like this.

Again, they'll need to fight for it. I know it sucks to watch other people suffer but human history has shown that true change only occurs when the people within that country change it themselves. Nearly every single foreign occupation in the history of mankind has wound up making matters worse.

No, but the fact that Western tourists and business are existing in the Gulf States says otherwise. I'll just shut you up with one post.

1). Death penalties for gays? Gulf States institutions are based on Sharia, which homosexuality is punishable by death. Sodomy is not acceptable in our society. Homosexuality being acceptable in the West doesn't mean it's acceptable in a different society. On top of all sexual assaults are by gay people, according to Western data. Your identification of what is mentality don't mean shit to us. For your case, If you were to go to Christian populated areas in Africa, you would get killed for it.

2). Radical Muslims? Europe and US suffer from right-wing, skinhead neo-Nazis.

3). Apostasy, under circumstance of repentance, can get away with it.

4). Women get free education as well as foreign educational sponsorship in any degree a man gets, with equivalent salary, which a Western woman wouldn't get in the West. Women get free healthcare, just as their male counterpart. Women can work in government and company executive positions.

5). Secularism? Don't need secularism. We're happy that the monarchies give us the best standards in the world. Secularism worked so well with Iraq, didn't it?

Now, why the Gulf States are the best places in the world to live and work: Education is free, and a foreign educational scholarship is given to a citizen who wants to study outside on government money, provided with monthly salary, just as I get monthly salary for
being student in the UK; healthcare is free; all GCC are free income tax; have the highest GDP Per Capita in the world; crime rates are some of the lowest in the world.

Now go feed on propaganda, tool.

You just proved everything i said was right, if that's the case then how am i feeding on propaganda? are you an idiot? maybe you should look up the definition.

Just because because gulf countries have high gdp doesn't mean they're great..they're heavily reliant on oil, their economy is not diverse enough and that's why they'll never be developed nations. Anyways that's not my point, my point is the middle east should be more free, people who don't believe in god shouldn't be beheaded that's not how it works you can't just tell a guy to believe in god, it's not because he doesn't want to, it's simply because he can't. Saudi Arabia executes a person every 2 days...there are gay people you can't just kill them because they don't follow your ideology, this is radical in many ways. Secularism is definitely the way to go look at turkey and a lot of north African nations are slowly becoming more secularist we don't need to implement religion into our government institutions, if you're too blind to see then that's definitely an issue.
