Since I don't have 10 posts at the moment, I can't really refer you to the thread in which I answered this in. So I'll just post the same message.
The movie will be out on DVD in Japan on September 30th. So the raw version will probably be posted then or the following day, with the subbed coming sometime after.

all Manga and animes are made in japan and than get shipped to america
