Did he got it back or is it a mistake from kishi?

probably a mistake kishi makes a lot of them i have found a lot in the previous mangas =)

i think since they didnt really focus to much on sasuke for awhile during the battle with pain the probably got it back, but that just my assumption

Yep! but i was wondering how it got repaired when killerbee made cut through the blade? simply by normal iron/steel? ~_~ (the seven swordman that cheap?) sword must be made by some hidden mist village special metal (like asuma's chakra blade metal thingymablob).

Its a normal blade till you put chakra into it.

asuma's blade allows the nature of the chakra to fuse with the blade (him wind nature), it's not made from normal metal.

kishi cant make mistakes its his manga if he wanted sakura to swap places with karin with no prior warning he could do that and its not a mistake because the manga is his meaning he can do what the **** he wants
in the naruto realm he is god what he draws goes no exceptions no what ifs no mistakes (but obviously suigetsu went back for the sword)

It could be a mistake in the manga (probly is), or Suigetsu could just be carrying a random sword he bought somewhere. xD

Good Find! Save this as proof that the anime is a good supplement to the manga... not just irrelevant fillers...

I bet that the anime will show how he got his sword back in more detail.

that doesnt make any sense u cant make a mistake when your the creator especially if it comes out the way you want it to
thats like being in art clas and you want to draw a circle and you do so and it comes out to your liking and some one notices that its not 100 percent circular and they say its a mistake
its not a mistake if its what the creator intended to make
