It's the opposite. KA has far more uses while Tsukuyomi is more dangerous

Tsukyomi is stronger. KA is just more convenient. Tsukyomi can't be broken unless you are a powerful Uchiha with the sharingan. KA on the other hand can be broken easily if you know to expect it.

Ka can't be broken even if ur expecting it hes planing thoughts in ur head that you think you are thinking.

I doubt that would work. Anyone with half a brain would realize that the desire to suddenly kill themselves is not normal. You probably need to have a latent desire for the order in order for the order to work, Mifune said he would have probably voted for Danzo anyway, and Itachi loved the Leaf Village. The fact that Mifune disobeyed the order when it was pointed out to him shows that if you realize something is wrong, you can overcome it.
