when people say naruto had half kurama

I guess people fail to realize its stated that tailed beasts are made completely our of chakra and regenerate. Tailed beasts can't die because of this. This is also why when Naruto got a small fraction of each biju, they regenerated to full size. This is further explained when kinkaku and ginkaku are introduced and are able to go v2. So Naruto only got half kurama, bit that doesn't mean he didn't have full powered kurama, which he did.

If he didn't he wouldn't have been able to use kuramas special power which is the avatar.

They didn't get all the chakra to completely make the jubi, but it slowly regenerated and changes into its true form until it hit the god tree.

Glad I could clarify how just because Naruto has full kurama it makes no difference to when he didn't.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but my belief is that the Kurama Naruto had was at 100% the whole time.

Bijuu regenerate their chakra, to the point that a tentacle from the Hachibi could have created the Juubi.

Because of that, it's likely that 50% Yang Kurama regenerated his chakra to be roughly 100% Yang chakra.

The fact that the bijuu were all born the same size, and that Kurama ended up being the same size as the rest of the bijuu is evidence enough for me.
