Would it work with a technique like Rain Tiger at Will? Since that one notifies the user of any chakra obsturction, I'd think it wouldn't...
Also, you can't use any other technique besides this one right? Since you are already focusing your chakra.

Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get untill they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

Focus your chakra and send it into the sky to bounce the rain that will fall out of the clouds further into the clouds to make the raindrops freeze. Once they are frozen they will fall down towards the opponent, forming a net of a dome to capture them

How to Preform: Focusing my chakra, I send it up in a thick layer into the sky so that the rain drops will bounce back on it. As I send the layer higher, it will get colder and the bouncing rain drops will start to freeze. Then I make the layer thinner, allowing the frozen drops to fall back down to the earth, form into a dome and hit my opponent.
Advantages: While the ice drops fall down you can perform another technique's simultaneously while trapping your opponent
Disadvantages: It takes a while to create the ice drops, and you can't perform another technique at that time, leaving you open for attacks
How to Defend: High fire or lightning based technique to melt/destroy the ice.
Other: N/A

Description: An advance version of rain daggers where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

Focus your chakra and send it into the clouds, this will make the rain bounce up further into the clouds where it is colder so the rain can freeze. As it is frozen it will fall down faster, in a similar fashion like hail, damaging the opponent.

How to Preform: Focusing a large amount of my chakra into the clouds above me, the falling rain drops will hit the layer of chakra and bounce high up into the air where they will freeze into ice due to the coldness. Then the frozen droplets will fall down back to the battle field, and increase rapidly in speed until they hit the ground/target/opponent. Due to their speed, they will each feel like a dagger stabs the opponents
Advantages: It's large scale and can do quite a bit of harm
Disadvantages: As with the normal rain dagger the rain bounces first back on a layer of chakra, so there should be a moment where no rain will fall down for a moment (if I'm right) so that could give your opponent a clue that something is going on above his head.
How to Defend: Since it's basicly water, a large scale fire technique or an earth technique to create a dome above you

Focus your chakra and send it into the clouds which will force the rain to bounce back into the clouds where it ill freeze. Once it is frozen, it will fall down as hail and will stay in that form.

How to Preform: Focusing enough chakra in the clouds above me, I create once more a thick layer of chakra where the falling rain drops will bounce upon, back high in the sky where they will rapidly cool down and form ice particles. Once the ice particles are formed, they fall back down to the earth, and as they pass through the layer of chakra above me, the particles will be forced together to create slightly bigger parts to form a hail like effect that continue's to fall down for 3 more turns.
Advantages: It has a relatively big size where it works in, upto mid range
Disadvantages: You can't focus the hail on one spot, and you are in it's range too.
How to Defend: Create a solid, highlevel defense above you
Other: Can you perform any other technique's while this one is in effect. I'd say not since I think that you have to keep the layer to bounce the rain back in place

Well, I would say that after you bounce it back into the clouds, you do not have to put any more chakra into it, since the only thing left for it is to fall. However, if you want the rain to keep on bouncing into the sky, then you have to keep feeding it chakra.

Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

Focus your chakra whilst performing hand seals. As soon as you've gathered up enough chakra you will send it into the clouds and turn it into rain. It will stay up there for three turns, after which you can turn it into hail. The hail will fall for a brief amount of time, damaging the opponent.

Just in time...

Focusing on my chakra, I perfrom the required handseals and send my chakra up to the clouds above us. Immediatly it starts to rain. As it seems to continue just to rain for the next several turns, something happens up in those clouds as my chakra there molds the water into hail that starts falling down after 3 turns
