when i can use CJ's

No-one has been able to teach me yet as everyone is busy. But i have a few cj's and a summon im waiting to submit....now reading over Rei's rules it does say that you need any training to use a cj in your chosen element. Obv the cj's i have match my rank so could anyone show me where it says i wouldnt be able to use them if they got approved?

If you make an A rank fire technique, then you have to know at least A rank fire. You can't make jutsus in an element/rank you don't know yet.

If you made a jutsu that's C-ranked let's say C-ranked fire jutsu, you'll be only be able to use that, when you have learned up ti'll C-ranks in the cannon fire jutsus with a senpai/sensei. You won't be able to use that technique like that, unless you have the basic cannon techniques down on that level.

Since your a s-jounin, and you'll be only be able to summon B-ranked summonings or lower. You can use your summons special attacks like if it has B-ranked water blast or B-ranked ligthning blast, etc. whether or not you had training in that element or not.

You hqve to sign the contract or if its a custom summon that hasnt already been made then follow the template and submit it for approval

Any jutsu that is to attack would need an element. But any sups or defensive ones might not?

and you can make non-element jutsu called ninjutsu
