when does bleach get good again?

I started watching bleach a few months ago. I got up to the part just after ichigo saves rukia from soul society and now theres a bunch of random people on earth eating souls... and its really boring. when does more soul society stuff happen, and should i skip this arc?

The Bounts arc were the worst filler I've seen on bleach. Most of the time I was thinking why don't they just flash step pass the dolls O_O I mean you can flash step to dodge a cero but you can't get pass a doll O^O
