When did sasuke surpass Kakashi?

IF i am getting your q right you are asking when did sasuke surpassed kakashi in term of skill
like naruto when he created the rasen shuriken kakashi admitted that he has surpassed him since he could not do it himself correct.
So if i take that in to concideration ill say sasuke surpassed kakashi in skill the moment he did a change in his lightining chakra neture to make it extend like a solid sword and to throw it like needle.
And if i am not mistaken orochimaru was unaware of this change in chakra nature in sasuke, means he did not teach him so sasuke devoloped this on his own i'd say that's when he surpassed kakashi since he could not do any of the mantion tecnique's.
Well that dosen't mean he could beat kakashi just by doing that same as naruto can not beat kakashi just with rasen shuriken.
And i excluded kirin from it since kakashi has a similer (although smaller tecnique "lightning dog").

Your q was not about power but about surpassing one's tecnique i said that kakashi can manipulate lightning chakra in a form of a dog like he did against pain and with kirin sasuke dose the same thing as kakashi dose with his lightning hound (focus the energy in 1 point) his version is smaller then sasuke's but the tech is same but kakashi can not manipulate his light like sasuke that's why i said that sasuke surpassed him the moment he change his chakra form
And i was not talking about raikiri.
No way kakashi can beat current sasuke he is too much for him.

Kirin takes lil time BECAUSE it is based on distractions the katon while, fueling kirin are used as actual attacks which keep enemies on their toes unaware of his true intentions this makes it appear as if kirin is sudden the setup doesn't take much time 5 minutes max

he didnt surpass him until he started spamming suasnoo, without suasnoo id go with kakashi>sasuke High difficulty.
