When did Sasuke become Kage level?

well im confused with Ms and EMS i guess when diedara took out gaara n sasuke took out diedara he became a kage lvl...
But not type of the hokage lvl's. EMS sasuke is A Hokage lvl iassume..!!!

lol, These people. EMS Sasuke can wipe the dirt off his shoes with Kage level shinobi. He was well above Kage level at that point. MS Sasuke is High-Kage level. Hebi Sasuke is somewhere around Mid-Kage level.​

Doesn't work like that as Gaara was spanking Deidara, and he cheapshot him by attacking the village. if it was anywhere else Gaara would have won.
